Potato, onion, tomato, red bell pepper, parsley, garlic
Cook as any vegetable, whithout thawing.
You will only need (for 4 people): 1 packet of “Let’s Cook” Potato casserole Barba Stathis ,40ml of olive oil, 500 ml of Barba Stathis Grated Tomato, 150ml of water (if using a pot) or 100 ml of water (if using a pressure cooker), salt, pepper
In a saucepan: Stir the contents of the package with half of the olive oil over high heat for 5-6 minutes while stirring. Add salt, pepper, grated tomatoes & water and stir gently. Once it begins to boil, cover the pot, reduce the heat to half, and let it simmer for about 25 minutes. Add the remaining olive oil, turn off the heat, and let it stand on the stove for another 5 minutes.
In a pressure cooker: Follow the recipe as described above, but use half the quantity of water (100 ml). Put the lid on the pressure cooker and once the valve rises, turn the heat down by half and let it simmer for approximately 5 minutes.
