Through our Contract Farming program, we have been actively supporting the primary sector and the Greek entrepreneurship throughout the years. We work together with over 1,000 Greek farmers who hold over 3,000 hectares in the region of Macedonia, Thrace, Thessaly and the Peloponnese. By setting the strictest quality and safety standards and constantly improving the know-how and training of our producers, we ensure the quality of Barba Stathis products while also strengthening the Greek entrepreneurship and economy.

"We Do Good!” Social Responsibility Program

At Barba Stathis we have been actively supporting society throughout the years by assisting our fellow citizens in need through the Social Responsibility Program entitled “We Do Good!”. We also support the work of dozens of charity organizations across Greece, by offering Barba Stathis products every day, in a joint effort to fight food insecurity and address the issue of food waste.

It is our belief that no portion of food should and can be wasted, and being members of the "Food Waste Reduction Alliance", we have joined forces with the "Boroume" organization.

As financial supporters of charity organizations working primarily with children, we organize educational activities that aim to highlight the importance of a daily balanced diet for younger ages, through the delicious and nutritious value of the world of vegetables.
