Rice (Greek) with vegetables 58% (rice, tomato, red bell pepper, carrot, onion), plant based balls 42% [water, pea protein 14%, vegetable oils (sun flower oil, coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil 2%), chickpea flour, natural flavor, citrus fibres, dehydrated vegetables (onion, garlic), parsley, pepper, potassium chloride, chopped onion, stabilizer: methylcellulose, salt, malt extract, chopped garlic, herbs (oregano, spearmint)]

In the frying pan: Sauté the contents in a non-stick pan with some olive oil for 2'. Add 40 ml of Barba Stathis Tomato Sauce With Herbs and 60 ml of water and simmer for 12'-15'. Season with salt and pepper.
