At BARBA STATHIS, we believe that nutrition is a way of life, a blend of care, joy, and everyday wellbeing. And we want our little friends to grow up with that same sense of joy. That’s why we launched a special initiative: to create, alongside distinguished partners, an original children’s book that brings the colorful world of vegetables to life.
With the help of Antonis Papatheodoulou, a beloved children’s author, the talented illustrator Iris Samartzi, and the scientific guidance of “Mathaino Diatrofi,” we set things in motion. Through playful stories and colorful illustrations, we invite children to discover the magic of balanced eating without the boring “rules.”
Our goal is to nourish not only the body, but the mind. To build trust with children and their families, laying the foundation for healthy habits that will stay with them for life.
