Sweet potato (white and orange, in equal proportion), vegetable oil (palm oil)
On the stovetop: In a shallow frying pan, heat up 1 cup of olive oil. Without defrosting them, fry the sweet potatoe sticks in small batches (about 250g at a time). Fry the sweet potatoes for 10' or until crispy and golden. Remove from the pan with a skimmer and lay them on a platter, allowing them to dry on a paper towel.
In the air fryer (1800W): Place the contents of the whole package (500g) in the fryer without defrosting. Bake at 200°C for 15', occasionally tossing the potatoes until golden brown and crispy.
In the oven: Preheat the oven to 220°C/fan. Place the package contents on a baking tray lined with parchment paper without defrosting. Drizzle 1/3 cup of olive oil over the potatoes and bake in the middle rack of the oven for 25'.
