Naxo's Potato (Geographical Indication)
In the oven: Preheat your conventional oven to 220°C (200°C if using a fan oven). Without defrosting them, place the potatoes on a baking tray and drizzle them with 1/3 cup of olive oil and add 1 cup of water. Bake them in the middle oven rack for 40'.
