Cabbage-leaves fold into each other and rest on a fleshy stem. The varieties cultivated today are descended from the wild cabbage that grows naturally on the west and south coasts of Europe, on the rocky coasts of England and along the Danish coastline. Cabbage is a superfood and it’s rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants.
