Cook as any vegetable, whithout defrosting
In a deep frying pan or pot, melt 1 1/2 tablespoons of margarine over high heat and throw in the contents of the packet without defrosting. Sauté the mixture for approximately 5 minutes and then add salt, pepper and 1 glass of water. Turn the heat down by half and let it simmer for approximately 15 minutes. Stir continuously and add a little water, if and when needed. To make it tastier, substitute the water with the same quantity of chicken broth.
