BARBA STATHIS: Info Session on Gender Equality in Collaboration with WHEN

With the aim of promoting inclusion in the workplace and reinforcing a culture of respect and equal opportunities, BARBA STATHIS organized an info session for all its employees on the topic of gender equality, in collaboration with the organization WHEN.

The founder of WHEN, Ms. Stella Kasdagli, visited the company’s premises in Thessaloniki and informed participants about key concepts such as gender equality and intersectionality. During the session, practical tools and techniques were presented for identifying stereotypes and effectively managing bias.

The collaboration with WHEN is part of BARBA STATHIS’ ongoing actions to promote equality and reflects the company’s commitment to shaping an inclusive work environment that respects the diversity of its people and ensures that everyone is equally represented and supported.
