New training program for BARBA STATHIS agronomists

BARBA STATHIS has renewed its collaboration with the organization "NEW AGRICULTURE NEW GENERATION” to implement a new cycle of seminars for the professional development of the company’s Agricultural Directorate staff. The central theme of the training program, with a total duration of 14 hours, was the development of soft skills as well as hard skills. In particular, participants focused on topics such as effective communication, conflict resolution, and optimal cooperation while also looking in depth at global supply chain developments, the sustainability of the agri-food sector, and the importance of the carbon footprint. 

For the design and implementation of the project, "New Agriculture New Generation" assembled a team consisting of agronomists from the organization, experienced staff from the field of adult education, and scientists from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, US, which serves as a technical advisor to the organization.
