BARBA STATHIS celebrates World Food Day with an employee workshop
To mark the occasion of World Food Day, BARBA STATHIS organized an employee workshop on its premises in collaboration with specialized dietician Niki Athanasiadou from “Food Method”.
The core theme of the workshop revolved around balanced nutrition. Participants received information about the nutritional value of various foods, along with insights into ingredient combinations that can enhance their concentration and work performance. Through group activities and tastings, the participants had the chance to connect and work together by creating recipes for healthy snacks using ingredients that are easy to find.
