BARBA STATHIS organized an info session on brain health

BARBA STATHIS, in collaboration with the Neurological Centre - Brain Health Clinic, organized an info session for its employees on the topic of brain health. 

Specialized neurologists visited the company’s premises and informed the participants about diseases related to brain health and the importance of early diagnosis. Through interactive presentations and discussions, participants had the opportunity to learn about the significance of prevention and the risk factors associated with cognitive disorders, such as dementia, as well as the role of balanced nutrition and exercise in maintaining mental well-being.
