Caution: Once defrosted, do not refreeze

On the stovetop: In a shallow frying pan, heat up 1 cup of olive oil. Without defrosting them, fry the sweet potatoe sticks in small batches (about 200g at a time). Fry the sweet potatoes for 3-4 minutes or until crispy and golden. Remove from the pan with a skimmer and lay them on a platter, allowing them to dry on a paper towel.

In the air fryer: Place 500g of sweet potato sticks in the air fryer, without defrosting them. Bake them at 200°C for 8',flipping the potatoes in between, until they are crispy and golden.

In the oven: Preheat your conventional oven to 220°C (200°C if using a fan oven). Without defrosting them, place the sweet potato sticks on a baking tray covered with a baking sheet. Drizzle the sticks with 1/3 cup of olive oil and then place them on the middle oven rack and roast for about 20-25 minutes. Flip them over for a uniform texture.
